GNOM is involved in several projects on Supply Chain Optimization. Supply chain or production management optimization deals with the application of mathematical optimization models and algorithms, usually stochastic, to the integrated supply chain, from procurement of raw materials to the final distribution to customers. These optimization models may include job scheduling, production scheduling, MRP, pricing, plant location and investment, logistics, inventory, cutting stock and many other Supply Chain Management problems.
