New group member: programmer Xavi Jiménez

Xavi Jiménez joint the group on July 12 2011. Xavi is a computer programmer in C/C++, and he will be involved in the implementation (in C/C++) of interior-point and tabular data protection methods. Xavi's contract is funded by the project "Very large-scale optimization for data privacy, Research Project MTM2009-08747, Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation. January 2010-December 2012"
