Projects

Since the mid 1990s, the activity of the GNOM group has been continuously funded through competitive public grants from both the Spanish government's Ministry of Science and Education and, more recently, the Catalonia government's Department of Universities and Industry, in the areas of Energy, Statistical Data Protection, Optimization and Supply Chain. Participation in several European projects has also been significant, both as a source of financing and for establishing contacts among European utilities and universities. Finally, the group has developed several professional projects, primarily for Spanish electrical utilities and public statistical institutes in the field of power systems and statistical data protection, respectively.
