New paper accepted for publication in Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications

The paper "Lagrangian Relaxation on Networks by epsilon-Subgradient Methods" from professor E. Mijangos has been accepted for publication in  the Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications (JOTA) DOI: 10.1007/s10957-011-9881-8. Professor Mijangos, from the University of the Basque Country, is an active external collaborator of the GNOM - Energy group. This paper is a result of his research on nonlinear network flows algorithms done within the Energy research project DPI2088-02153.
