GNOM funded research and professional projects

Since the mid 1990´s, the activity of the GNOM group has been continuously funded through competitive public grants from both the Spanish government´s Ministry of Science and Education and, more recently, the Catalonian government´s Department of Universities and Industry, in the areas of Energy, Statistical Data Protection, Supply Chain and Optimization. Participation in several European projects has also been significant, both as a source of financing and for stablishing contacts among European utitlities and universities. Finally, the group has developed several professional projects, primarily for Spanish electrical utilities and public statistical institutes in the field of power systems and statistical data protection, respectively.
